We’re looking for a highly motivated, organised and creative manager to help us partner with like-minded brands and organisations to reach new audiences and tell the MPB brand story. You will report to the Head of Campaigns EU and work closely with the EU and international marketing teams to develop a pipeline of potential partners and to cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships to help grow our business. A background in photography or videography is beneficial, but not required.

This position is based in our Berlin office for 2 days per week, with the rest of the time spent working remotely

What You’ll Do

• Research potential partnership opportunities and vet potential inbound partnership opportunities
• Develop partnership proposals, identifying potential value, risks and relevance to strategic goals
• Negotiate partnership and collaboration agreements
• Conduct onboarding and help educate partners about MPB
• Manage and communicate timelines for partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and CRM teams to plan, execute and maximise partnership communications across touchpoints
• Track and measure partnership programs and help optimise resources against objectives and budget

What do you need

• Relevant marketing or business development experience
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Experience with brand building as well as performance marketing
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail

Even better if you

• Have background or experience in photography or videography
• Have experience with recommerce or marketplace brands
• Have German or French language proficiency
