Returns Specialist

MPB is the world’s largest online platform for used photography and videography equipment. Our platform transforms the way that people buy, sell and trade in photo and video kit.

We have offices in Berlin, Brighton and Brooklyn and we are rapidly growing in all markets. We are expanding our teams and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Returns Specialist to join our Brooklyn based team.

If you have an interest in photography and/or videography and a keen eye for detail who is eager to work in an exciting, fast paced and friendly warehouse environment then we would love to hear from you.

Salary: $45,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Checking customer’s return transactions, commonly DSLRs, lenses and cinematography equipment
  • Processing all refunds through our in-house software system
  • Preparing, photographing and writing descriptions of items for sale
  • Ensuring items are ready to be published to our marketplace
  • Communicating to, and ensuring that, customer happiness is maintained and online reputation is upheld throughout all transactions

    Skills you'll need

    • Highly organised
    • Great Attention to detail, meticulous approach
    • Experienced knowledge of camera equipment
    • Background/Interest in photography, tech savvy
