MPB is hiring for an Office Manager to maintain and continue developing our Berlin office. Based in Bülowstraße, you will play a key role in maintaining our positive atmosphere and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Alongside the day to day responsibilities you’ll be involved in the ongoing development of the office space as we continue to grow and develop.

MPB is the leading platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment around the world. That means you’ll be surrounded by creative individuals in an operational environment.

Salary €30-35k.

What you’ll do day to day

• Provide a feel-good atmosphere and ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Conduct health and safety tasks and risk assessments.
• Ensure that we have enough trained first aiders and that fire risk assessments are up to date.
• Organising inclusive company events.
• Ordering and restocking office supplies (stationary, sundries, fruit deliveries, coffee, milk and refreshments)
• Working alongside the Warehouse Manager as a point of contact for security and external facility contractors

Skills you’ll need

• Some experience in an office management role
• German (minimum B2() and English language skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive approach
• Hands on and can do attitude
• Highly organised
