Recruiter

We’re expanding our talent team and are hiring for a Recruiter to join our Brooklyn office and support our ambitious hiring plans. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will work on a range of exciting and diverse positions.

You’ll take on a varied job including:

• Directly sourcing candidates for a range of different roles.
• Managing the end to end recruitment process.
• Partnering with Hiring Managers.
• Managing recruitment agency relationships
• Managing the ATS and recruitment administration
• Utilising data to make data driven recruitment decisions. 
• Getting involved in a range of talent based projects.

This position is hybrid. You'll be in the Brooklyn office for 2-3 days per week, with the rest of the time spent working remotely.

Skills needed

• Some previous experience working in recruitment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Confident dealing with people of all levels of seniority
• Data driven
• Confident speaking with candidates on the phone

Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per annum
