As part of this growth we are looking for FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team based in Brighton.

We are looking for a sharp-minded FP&A Analyst to help us drive forward our ambitious growth strategy.

Working with the FP&A Manager, this role will maintain and develop financial models used in our forecasting and budgeting process, as well as business partnering with other departments to identify risks and opportunities to planned performance.

Applicants should be a qualified accountant, or in the very late stages of completing their professional accountancy qualification, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in FP&A.

This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in our Brighton office

What you'll be doing

• Maintain & develop the financial models used in our forecasting cycle
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, intra-year forecasts and regular business outlooks; including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and the production of presentations for key senior stakeholders
• Use financial modelling to provide insight and analysis to facilitate effective treasury management across our multi-currency group
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to analyse business performance and continuously monitor risks & opportunities which will inform our financial and strategic planning

What you'll need

• Qualified/Finalist in relevant accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong excel skills
• Interest/experience in financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to work
• Strong people skills and the ability to work as part of a team
