The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Performance Marketing Coordinator, with a head for numbers and data, and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels, as well as an appreciation of more “traditional” marketing practices.
The role will involve supporting the Head of Global Media and Performance Marketing Manager in the planning, execution and analysis of digital and traditional media activity and affiliate activity across multiple markets and platforms. (Our media agency manages day-to-day buying and optimisation)
This is a full-time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Media and Performance Marketing Manager to support delivery of overall digital performance and integrated media strategy.
Manage the delivery of media deliverables across all relevant channels (digital and offline), working closely with internal creative team to ensure seamless delivery and supply
To ensure tracking links (UTMs) are embedded across all media assets and a process is put in place for reporting on campaign performance metrics
Manage weekly and monthly media reporting and produce insightful and action-orientated reports to share with the wider marketing team
Deliver testing plans that capture results from campaigns and publish best practices
Support the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager with tasks including partner onboarding, program analysis and validation of commissions.
Run the content boosting program to boost organic content across social channels and maintain responsibility for aggregating and sharing results.
Pay close attention to creative performance and opportunities to further develop messaging, including personalised creative, to make further incremental gains to campaign performance
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Support Head of Media/ Performance Marketing Manager/Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager across various ad hoc projects as required
Use marketing tools to gather important data (social media, web analytics etc)
Update spreadsheets with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Essential skills:
Working understanding of performance marketing concepts and best practices
Experience within a performance marketing, or similar, role
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Great attention to detail
Even better if:
Experience working with the Google Marketing Platform and Facebook Ads Manager
Basic knowledge of HTML
This role is paying in the region of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
