The role
Our Seller Experience team is responsible for procuring photographic equipment from potential sellers. In this role you’ll convert warm leads and ensure that a seller has the best experience with MPB.
Ideal candidates would be motivated sales professional with in-depth knowledge in customer engagement and acquisition.
Reporting to the Senior Seller Experience Account Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging, managing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective communication.
This is a hybrid working position with 2 days in the Berlin office and 3 days working remotely.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for supporting customers enquiries to increase conversion and maximise value
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities to expand our inventory
- Communicating, engaging and nurturing relationships with customers
- Strong sales negotiation and business development skills
- Key strategic accounts managements by building a solid portfolio and provide high standard of service
- Knowledge of CRM solutions and Sales pipelines management
- Liaising closely with the Pricing team to ensure we always deliver the best price to our sellers
- Collaborating with the internal departments to ensure we meet customer expectations
- Responsible for hitting the targets and reporting results achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Being familiar with Customers Sales and Support KPIs
- Collecting customers feedback and delivering analysis and insights to capture customer behaviour and understanding trend changes and needs
- Supporting Sr Account Managers and Leadership on their tasks and projects when required
What you'll need
- Must be fluent/native in English AND at least one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, or Italian.
- Previous experience in a sales, account management or business development role
- Expert communication, organisational and time management skills
- Proven competence in lead nurturing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach
Even better if you have
- Previous experience within the photography and industry market. Strong knowledge about the industry including competitors and market trends, would be a plus
- Experience with CRM software
- Technical knowledge of photography and videography equipment
- Experience with sales over the phone/email and any further touch point
