Graphic Designer
A Graphic Designer on the MPB Marketing team, brings creative ideas to life with designs that not only look great - but also help tell our brand’s story, and provide solutions to its audience's needs.
You will collaborate closely with the team, using your understanding of MPB's strategy to craft visuals that engage and support our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design Creation
Develop visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including display banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, and events collateral.
Brand Alignment
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging, maintaining consistency.
People-Centric Solutions
Create designs that consider and address the needs and preferences of the target audience, enhancing engagement and ensuring accessibility of the designs.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and wider teams to understand project requirements, provide design input, and ensure cohesive execution of deliverables.
Company Strategy
Integrate insights from the company’s strategy into design work to support overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
Feedback Incorporation
Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to meet project requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines, working closely with our Creative Operations Manager.

We're seeking somebody with experience in a fast-paced environment, who embraces an incremental approach to achieving goals. The ideal person is a team player, comfortable sharing and discussing their work, making mistakes and learning from them, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and contributing to a positive, enjoyable work environment.

Skills Required:
- Adobe Suite (mostly: InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Sketch or Figma
- Experience with Google Web Designer or similar HTML5 banner production software
- People-centred approach to design, rooted in empathy and understanding of the end-users
Ability to work efficiently on versatile briefs in a fast-paced environment - Strong typography and layout skills
- Storyboarding and sketching ideas
- Good understanding of the application of WCAG2.0 in the world of marketing
- Ability to connect with people and communicate with ease
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience with FigJam, or similar dynamic brainstorming and collaboration software
- Experience with Monday.com, or similar project management platform
