People Coordinator
The People Coordinator is focussed on providing first class admin and HRIS support to the UK People Team. You will be the first point of contact for People enquiries, ensuring that our employees get prompt and accurate responses. A whiz with detailed processes, spreadsheets, documents, and reporting, you will support the Business Partners, Recruitment team, and Head of L&D in a variety of tasks, both routine and ad hoc. Your adaptable and proactive approach to changing priorities in our fast-moving organisation is essential in enabling the team to deliver key People operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate administrative support for the People, Recruitment, and L&D teams.
Keep HiBob (MPB’s HRIS) updated with any changes for our people or their roles, making sure their records are accurate and with all necessary documents uploaded
Owning the administration for the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Produce regular reports on People data and activity as required, analysing the data and reporting to the team in a clear and concise way.
Support with diarising, setting up, and roll out of the annual cycle of employee programs such as reviews, objective setting, surveys, well-being and DEI initiatives as required.
Manage the People team’s central library of employee related policy, practice and procedure documents, and ensure that HiBob documents libraries are kept current, updating links in related documents as needed.
Identify potential improvements to our processes that would improve efficiency or our people’s experience; and work with the People team and other stakeholders to make changes to workflows and tasks as needed.
What we are looking for:
A confident HR administrator across all stages of the employee lifecycle, you enjoy working as a key team member in a fast-paced, fast-growing business, while maintaining impeccable standards of confidentiality.
Often the first People person that new MPBers meet, you delight in providing a first-class and personal response to requests, and you are a role model for our values.
Extremely practical, proactive and upbeat with strong organisational skills. As a natural organiser and a whiz with data and spreadsheets, you understand the contribution that great systems and efficient processes can make to an organisation’s culture.
You will be adept at gathering data and producing reports that give great insights into the impact and progress that we make.
Skills and Qualifications:
