Account Manager - Seller Experience (German speaking)

The role
There is an opportunity in our Seller Experience Team in Berlin, for a motivated sales professional with expertise in customer engagement and support.
In this role, you will actively engage, manage, and nurture both new and existing customers, leveraging effective communication to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting customers enquiries to increase conversion and maximise value
- Engaging and developing new business opportunities to expand our inventory as well as communicating, engaging and nurturing relationships with current customers
- Strong support & sales negotiation skills
- Account management by providing high standard of service
- Knowledge of CRM solutions and Sales pipelines management
- Liaising closely with the Pricing team to ensure we always deliver the best price to our sellers and collaborating with other internal departments to ensure we meet customer expectations along their journey
- Responsible for hitting the targets and reporting results achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Being familiar with customers support & sales KPIs
- Collecting customers feedback and delivering analysis and insights with the goal of understanding customer behaviour and capturing new trends and needs
- Analysing the competition landscape and promptly supporting the business to better compete
- Supporting Sr Account Managers and Leadership on their tasks and projects when required
Skills and experience needed
- Proficiency in German and English
- Previous experience in a support & sales (B2C and/or B2B) role
- CRM solutions and sales pipeline knowledge
- Competent in analysing quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Commercial awareness / acumen
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills as well as strong communication and negotiations skills
