Who we are looking for: A tech-savvy individual with an appreciation for the technical aspects of photography and videography. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to learn and develop their knowledge.

The purpose of this role: Troubleshooting and facilitating the return process, inspecting items and taking appropriate action, such as issuing refunds, providing replacements, or coordinating external repairs. Effectively addressing customer concerns and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Where you'll work: This role will be based in our Brooklyn warehouse, in Industry City.
Day to day this role will include:
Checking items’ functionality, cosmetic condition, and attributes.
Noting faults and reasons for adjustments and observations, keeping communication clear and precise for other departments.
Photographing items if needed.
Labelling purchased items for put-away in the stockroom
Sending items for repairs, communicating with service providers, and maintaining the repair board up-to-date
Processing of failed deliveries
About you:
Exceptional organisational skills.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Previous warehouse experience or technically oriented role.
A comprehensive knowledge of various camera equipment.
Proficiency in handling stock and hands-on experience with gear.
Willingness to consistently meet daily targets.
Punctuality in adhering to work schedules.
Competence in maintaining a tidy and organised workplace.
Effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
Attention to detail to ensure the correct gear grading.
Salary: $47,000 per annum
