• Who we are looking for: A tech-savvy individual with an appreciation for the technical aspects of photography and videography. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to learn and develop their knowledge.
  
• The purpose of this role:  Troubleshooting and facilitating the return process, inspecting items and taking appropriate action, such as issuing refunds, providing replacements, or coordinating external repairs. Effectively addressing customer concerns and maintaining a high level of service quality.
  
• Where you'll work: This role will be based in our Brooklyn warehouse, in Industry City. 

Day to day this role will include:

• Checking items’ functionality, cosmetic condition, and attributes.

• Noting faults and reasons for adjustments and observations, keeping communication clear and precise for other departments.

• Photographing items if needed.

• Labelling purchased items for put-away in the stockroom

• Sending items for repairs, communicating with service providers, and maintaining the repair board up-to-date

• Processing of failed deliveries

About you:

• Exceptional organisational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Previous warehouse experience or technically oriented role.

• A comprehensive knowledge of various camera equipment.

• Proficiency in handling stock and hands-on experience with gear.

• Willingness to consistently meet daily targets.

• Punctuality in adhering to work schedules.

• Competence in maintaining a tidy and organised workplace.

• Effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting.

• Attention to detail to ensure the correct gear grading.

Salary: $47,000 per annum
