Marketing Manager

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to manage integrated marketing campaigns and activity to drive brand awareness, marketing performance, and achieve business outcomes. You will report to the Head of US Marketing and work closely with the global and cross-functional marketing teams as well as external agencies to deliver MPB campaigns. You will also play a key part in bringing MPB experiences to life for visual storytellers.
🛠 What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Management
Plan and deliver integrated marketing programs including performance and awareness campaigns, digital (social, content, email, paid media), events, PR, influencer and industry activations.
Ensure alignment on messaging and objectives with the paid media team.
Track campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations.
Manage vendors, partners, and budget tracking for effective ROI.
Stay on top of competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
Event & Activation Management
Planning and execution of in-person and virtual events across the US, ensuring excellent attendee experiences and commercial impact.
Procuring supplies and services to support events, e.g. merchandise.
Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and budget trackers.
Use tools such as Tableau and Bloomreach to gather insights and report on success.
PR & Communication
Delivering on PR plans that deliver increased brand awareness through impactful storytelling.
Tracking media coverage, using insights to inform future activity.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
Broad marketing knowledge that includes strategy, brand and messaging, channel coordination, and data analysis to ensure results-driven campaigns
Event/PR experience
General marketing experience with a focus in one or more areas
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong project management skills with rigorous attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, English (or relevant major)
