The Role
As a Returns Associate, youโll help troubleshoot and manage the return process, inspecting items and taking action where necessary โ including issuing refunds, providing replacements, or coordinating external repairs. Youโll play a key part in ensuring we resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain our high standard of service quality.
What you will be doing
- Checking the functionality, cosmetic condition, and attributes of returned items
- Noting faults and adjustments, keeping communication clear and accurate for other departments
- Photographing items when necessary
- Labelling items for put-away in the stockroom
- Sending items for repair, liaising with service providers, and updating the repair board
- Processing failed deliveries and ensuring correct follow-up
- Supporting the wider team in keeping the Returns area tidy, efficient, and compliant with recycling processes
What we are looking for
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of various camera equipment
- Proficiency in handling stock and using gear
- A reliable team player who can meet daily targets consistently
- Punctuality and commitment to shift patterns
- Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in gear grading
Salary: $49,000
