The Role

As a Returns Associate, you’ll help troubleshoot and manage the return process, inspecting items and taking action where necessary — including issuing refunds, providing replacements, or coordinating external repairs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring we resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain our high standard of service quality.

What you will be doing

• Checking the functionality, cosmetic condition, and attributes of returned items
• Noting faults and adjustments, keeping communication clear and accurate for other departments
• Photographing items when necessary
• Labelling items for put-away in the stockroom
• Sending items for repair, liaising with service providers, and updating the repair board
• Processing failed deliveries and ensuring correct follow-up
• Supporting the wider team in keeping the Returns area tidy, efficient, and compliant with recycling processes

What we are looking for

• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of various camera equipment
• Proficiency in handling stock and using gear
• A reliable team player who can meet daily targets consistently
• Punctuality and commitment to shift patterns
• Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in gear grading

Salary: $49,000
