We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Seller Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong B2B and business development expertise to play a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping MPB’s commercial strategy.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Lead efforts to acquire and retain sellers of photography kit, delivering excellence in account management
Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities to expand MPB's inventory
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, managing accounts end-to-end
Drive commercial negotiations, closing deals with confidence and skill
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support
Utilise CRM systems to manage pipelines, track performance, and refine sales approaches
Gather customer insights and competitor intelligence to shape strategy and strengthen MPB’s market position
Key Responsibilities
Deliver consistent performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Develop tailored proposals and pitches to communicate MPB’s value proposition to B2B clients
Build partnerships with retailers, production houses, educational institutions, and other external stakeholders
Support contract negotiation, onboarding, and compliance in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams
Contribute to sales enablement, process optimisation, and continuous improvement of KPIs
Act as a role model and mentor to the team, sharing best practices and supporting their development
About You
We’re looking for a qualified sales account manager with experience in sales and business development across B2B and B2C. You’ll be:
Experienced in CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Skilled in analysing data and using insights to drive results
A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Commercially astute, proactive, and hands-on
A collaborative team player with leadership capability
Passionate & knowledgable about photography and videography kit (desirable)
Multilingual skills are an advantage
